He has been visiting professor to many well-known business Schools in India for last 28 years. He teaches HRM, IR&LL, OB, and Strategic Management, Design Thinking, Organizational Behaviour, Management and HR Consulting. Schools he visits are: SPJIMR, Bim-tech, TAPMI, IIFT, IMT-G, Jaipurias, Ambedkar & Jamia Universities.
International Speaker
He has been speaker at Amsterdam, Berlin, Birmingham, Istanbul, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and many other countries. He is also a regular speaker at Indian business platforms.
Education
He is an alumnus of FMS, University of Delhi and holds one year Business leaders program from IIM – Calcutta. In addition he holds a few degrees, diplomas and certifications in sociology and Human Resources.

This is Mr Rakesh Seth's debut book and I must say it's worth the read . I finished the book in a day but kept going to it again and again after I had finished it . It doesn't just guides you step by step but also helps you set realistic goals accordingly. One of my corporate friends had suggested me this book, I had belittled him saying that it would be a waste of my time, but I guess I was wrong . The book has an certain after taste when you finish it, as you try to follow certain steps but not all.... Great book Mr Rakesh Seth....Waiting eagerly for your next one
